Job Description
Duties:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate financial reports for management including monthly quarterly and annual reports.
- Assist with the development of the annual budget and financial forecasts ensuring alignment with business goals and strategic objectives.
- Provide strategic insights to improve financial performance identify costsaving opportunities and support decisionmaking.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations corporate governance and risk management practices within the retail sector.
- Work closely with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve crossfunctional communication.
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Qualifications:
- BCom Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
- Completed SAIPA or SAICA articles
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1 year postarticles experience in a similar finance role preferably within the retail or corporate sector
- Experience in financial analysis reporting budgeting and compliance
