Located amidst the stunning landscape of the Okanagan Valley our bistro provides guests with breathtaking views and a warm inviting atmosphere. We pride ourselves on using fresh organic produce from our half acre on site culinary garden two greenhouses and berry patch.
Role type: Both fulltime and parttime opportunities depending on candidate availability contract hourly

Reports To: Chef de Cuisine and/or Executive Chef
Position Summary
Reporting to the Chef de Cuisine and Sous Chef the duties of a Line Cook include executing the menu on line to our high standards prepping MEP for following shifts and assisting the culinary team with on & offsite functions. We change our menu frequently according to the seasonality of our produce available from the garden & greenhouse.
