Roles & Responsibility-
The Accounts Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the finance team with reporting and reconciliations. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail strong organizational skills and experience in accounting or finance.
KRA:-
- Maintain and update financial records including ledgers journals and accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices receipts payments and bank transactions.
- Assist in monthly quarterly and annual financial reporting.
- Support in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors for billing and payments.
- Prepare documentation for audits and tax filings.
- Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients as necessary.
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned by management.
