About the Role:
Are you a datadriven clientfocused digital marketing expert with a passion for driving measurable results Were seeking a highly motivated Strategic Account Manager (SAM) to lead our digital marketing sales efforts. In this role youll be a key player in developing and executing innovative digital media strategies that exceed client expectations and contribute significantly to our revenue growth. Youll partner closely with Account Executives (AEs) acting as the technical expert and strategic consultant to copresent compelling solutions and build strong client relationships. Compensation: Competitive Base Salary $60K Commission Quarterly Bonus (based on team digital budget performance)
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive Revenue Growth: Develop and execute strategic digital marketing plans that achieve client objectives and contribute to overall team revenue targets.
- Strategic Consulting: Conduct indepth needs assessments and develop customized media strategies aligned with client goals target audience and budget.
- Data Analysis & Optimization: Leverage data analytics to identify actionable insights optimize campaign performance and provide databacked recommendations to clients. Continuously monitor KPIs and make datadriven adjustments to maximize ROI.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders acting as a trusted advisor and strategic partner. Proactively identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and increase client lifetime value.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to copresent strategic proposals provide technical expertise and ensure a seamless sales process. Train and mentor AEs on digital product knowledge and best practices.
- Campaign Management: Oversee campaign ensuring timely delivery of assets accurate tracking and consistent performance. Monitor campaign pacing and proactively address any potential issues.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients highlighting key metrics insights and recommendations.
- Operational Excellence: Manage order entry oversee billing reconciliation coordinate creative changes pull reports and handle digital task assignments efficiently.
Tools & Approach:
- Leverage industryleading tools such as Google Analytics TapClicks and Meta Attribution to gather data analyze performance and demonstrate campaign impact.
- Employ a consultative sales approach focusing on understanding client challenges and providing tailored solutions.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign and client satisfaction.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in marketing Business or a related field preferred.
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO SEM social media marketing display advertising and programmatic buying.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Excellent presentation communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and build strong client relationships.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce) is a plus.
- Google Ads and/or other relevant certifications are a plus.
