Join our People Processing Centre to assist with accurately processing peoplerelated operational requests.
Our People Processing Centre (PPC) is the banks operational hub within People and Culture that facilitate transactional processing of peoplerelated lifecycle activities including offers onboarding staff movements crossboarding offboarding and project implementation.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an 8month secondment for a People Administrator to join the PPC team reporting into the Team Leader. A fantastic entry point into an HR role youll be trained up to assist with actioning leaders requests with a particular focus in onboarding employees by producing contracts and associated work. Youll ensure that all requests are actioned consistently with a high level of accuracy and within agreed service response times.
With a keen interest in HR and all things people related youll be able to develop your knowledge and skills in this area to grow your career. Ideally youll have some administrative experience with great attention to detail and an eye for accuracy and skills in problem sovling as well as be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

This role can be based in any one of our office locations in Melbourne Bendigo or Adelaide. We offer flexible work options that put our people first and a hybrid model with a minimum requirement of 40 of your time per week in the office increasing to 60 as of July 2025.
What youll bring to the role
A diploma in Administration / Human Resources or related discipline preferred but not essential
A highlevel of attention to detail and accuracy
Prior experience performing operational administration tasks
The ability to follow instructions and procedural guidelines
An inquissitive mind and sound problem solving skills
Excellent organisational and time management skills and the ability to set work priorities to meet deadlines/SLAs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Fantastic customer service skills and a passion for your own performance and individual brand
Intermediate competency across the Microsoft office suite
