Working in the Payroll Team you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of payroll processes all while continuously improving our systems and processes. This is your chance to contribute to a worldclass team while developing your skills in a fastpaced dynamic environment.

What you will do:

  • Own the endtoend payroll processes ensuring accuracy for standard compensation bonuses commissions and statutory payments.
  • Respond to payroll inquiries from employees business partners and third parties with a focus on solving issues and enhancing relationships.
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying and implementing smarter more efficient ways of working.
  • Support payroll audits and collaborate on projects to enhance processes and maintain compliance.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with our payroll provider to ensure smooth operations.

What were looking for in you:

  • A passion for detail and efficiency with experience in payroll administration or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with a drive to problemsolve and continuously improve.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (and other Microsoft Office tools) with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
