We are looking for highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Service Specialists for a well-known Electronics and Appliance this role you will be the front line in handling customer inquiries providing product support and resolving concerns via voice chat or email.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries related to product usage warranty delivery and basic troubleshooting
- Handle order status follow-ups returns exchanges and repair requests
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and empathetic manner
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Meet or exceed service metrics including AHT FCR and CSAT
- Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex concerns
Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of college education or a completed vocational course
- 1-2 years of experience in customer service (BPO in-house or retail) preferred
- Exposure to Electronics or Appliance products is a plus
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Familiar with basic computer systems and CRM platforms
- Strong interpersonal skills patience and attention to detail
- Willing to work on-site in Ortigas Pasig area and on shifting schedules
