Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment in Noida. You will develop and implement effective strategies manage the full recruitment lifecycle and lead a team of field recruiters and vendor associates to meet our hiring needs particularly for sales subdepartments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies.
- Manage endtoend recruitment (sourcing screening interviewing onboarding).
- Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships and payouts.
- Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates.
- Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree.
- 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience managing a recruitment team preferred.
- Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience with vendor management and ATS.
- Datadriven approach to recruitment.
