Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment in Noida. You will develop and implement effective strategies manage the full recruitment lifecycle and lead a team of field recruiters and vendor associates to meet our hiring needs particularly for sales subdepartments.
Collaborate with Regional Heads on hiring requirements.
Manage vendor relationships and payouts.
Lead and manage a team of Field Recruiters and Vendor Associates.
Utilize data to improve recruitment metrics and processes.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree.
5 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Experience managing a recruitment team preferred.
Strong understanding of sourcing and recruitment processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience with vendor management and ATS.
Datadriven approach to recruitment.
