Campus Overview
Kettering Health Main Campus
- Kettering Health Main Campus formerly Kettering Medical Center is the flagship hospital of Kettering Health and has been serving Kettering Ohio and the Greater Dayton area since 1964.
- The facility includes the Benjamin and Marian Schuster Heart Hospital maternity service with a level III neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) andlevel II Emergency Care.
- In 2020 KH Main Campus received an A from the Leapfrog Group a national patient safety watchdog ranking among the safest hospitals in the United States.
- Received 4 Star BabyFriendly Hospital status by the Ohio Hospital Association.

Responsibilities & Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Must pass post job offer breath alcohol and drug test prior to starting assignment.
Must agree to random breath alcohol and drug tests per Company policy.
Follows all Company policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook Standard Operating Procedures Safety
Handbook and any memos.
Drives company vehicles in accordance with Company driving policies.
Notifies management immediately of any accident involving a Company vehicle; or damage or loss of any
Company property.
Demonstrates effective verbal communication skills when interacting with other employees patients and
customers.
Show skill in conflict resolution and knows various methods with which to resolve
conflicts.
Maintains strict confidentiality regarding patient information in accordance with
HIPAA regulations as well as sensitive Company and employee information.
Demonstrates ability to work as a member of a team and individually when
necessary.
Attends mandatory Company meetings and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications
Required Licenses
EMT
Possess and maintain current EMD or Ohio EMT certification.
Possess and maintain CPR certification (for Healthcare Provider).
Possess and maintain valid Ohio Drivers License and remain eligible to be insured under companys vehicle
insurance.
Bachelors preferred HS diploma Minimum
