We are seeking a detail-oriented and articulate Communications Representative to join our team. In this role you will support internal and external communications initiatives manage content creation and help maintain our companys voice and messaging across all communication channels. You will play a vital role in shaping how Sharpcontra engages with clients partners and the broader community.
Responsibilities
Draft edit and distribute internal and external communications materials
Assist in the development and implementation of communication strategies
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging
Manage and maintain content calendars and project timelines
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns
Prepare press releases newsletters presentations and talking points
Represent the company in professional correspondence and client meetings
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Public Relations Marketing or a related field
13 years of experience in a communications-related role preferred
Exceptional writing editing and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with design or publishing tools is a plus
