- Conceptualize create and deliver consistent high-quality brand experiences and materials across company platforms channels and experience touchpoints
- Develop and update the company s brand design guidelines
- Ensure strict adherence to the said guidelines across all company communication and assets
- Develop communication materials needed for the initiatives of the company including internal presentations cascades and those requested by other department
- Collaborate with other departments and sections to ensure that all communication materials are properly written adheres to SVEN s tone and are released using proper communication channels
- Ensure that all employees are updated on the latest company advisories programs and projects and other company or industry-related news
- Liaise directly with internal stakeholders for project requirements partnerships and other initiatives
- Strategize and and implement creative ideas content and materials to improve employee experience and engagement
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to facilitate the creation and submission of case studies for the company s campaigns and projects
- Identify the best competitions to join and pursue
- Recommend categories relevant and with a high chance of recognition based on the entry/campaign s nature and results
- Manage entry requirements and timelines for development delivery and submission per competition
- Engages directly with external partners maintaining a good professional relationship and helping ensure that projects are managed properly end-to-end.
- Identify relevant industry associations worth joining
- Initiate and oversee the processing of membership requirements
- Monitor and maintain memberships
- Initiate lead and manage agency partnerships and projects
- Lead the development of communication materials aimed at building a strong reputation for the company including but not limited to press releases trend reports company emailer/blog.
- Develop the company social media and content strategy and plans (FB IG and LinkedIn)
- Lead the implementation and management of SVEN social media campaigns
- Generate social media performance reports and recommend concrete measures for continuous improvement
- Monitor and update company assets regularly and as deemed necessary (primarily but not limited to the company website)
