- This is a fulltime role at Brehob Nurseries in Westfield Indiana
- Salary Range: $50000$60000k dependent on experience
Key Responsibilities:
- Process future customer orders Research and acquire material give advice on plants and offer substitutions if needed.
- Develop and grow the customer relationship Proactively know and understand our customer needs.
- Be an expert resource for customers Demonstrate knowledge of the landscape/nursery industry.
- Delivery Management Ensuring customer deliveries are on time and meet customer needs.
Essential Job Duties:
- Manage delivery process and policy
- Ensure customer confirmation prior to deliveries leaving yard
- Maintain a high level of customer service through phone calls electronic communication and customer visits
- Promote company as the leader in quality service and availability
- Manage assigned customer accounts
- Familiarity with onhand and future inventory
- Facilitate delivery/pickup
- Inspection of material and orders
- Promote company product lines and services
- Provide sales forecast through management of future orders and customer quotes
- Proactively identify and solve problems
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Promote and manage a safe work environment while following direction from the safety committee.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the landscape and nursery industry including plant types care maintenance and sales techniques for effective customer relationship management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to engage customers convey product knowledge and foster strong relationships.
- ProblemSolving: Proficient in proactively identifying and addressing customer needs managing order issues and developing solutions.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage multiple customer accounts orders and delivery schedules with attention to detail.
- Logistics Coordination: Skilled in coordinating logistics for delivery and order management to ensure timely fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to maintaining a high level of customer service and satisfaction in a fastpaced environment.
- Relationship Building: Capacity to nurture and develop longterm partnerships with key customers to drive sales growth.
- Adaptability: Flexibility to navigate changing priorities and challenges while promoting positive outcomes for both the company and its clients.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Required: 3 years in plant industry or related fields landscaping garden centers and/or nurseries
- Required: Experience in customer service and sales
- Required: Flexibility to work Saturdays during the spring and fall seasons.
