Summary:

Reporting to the Director of Development Johns Hopkins Howard County Medical Center Foundation this position is a key member of the fundraising team and is responsible for the detailed planning and of organizational events securing event revenue and managing a portfolio of grants and external foundations to support the fundraising priorities of the hospital.

The Associate Director should possess outstanding communication skills be highly organized have strong written and analytical skills and be capable of developing productive working relationships with faculty and volunteers.

Education:

Bachelors degree is required

Work Experience:

Salary Range: Minimum30.60per hour Maximum50.53per hour.Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.

In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
