Your Journey

• Assist the Director of Front Office in managing associate engagement scheduling payroll counseling and quarterly department meetings
• Collaborate with the Director of Front Office Director of Housekeeping and Hotel Manager on all operational functions programs assignments and hotel activities as deemed necessary to support the business
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and Bell/Door teams
• Oversee the arrival and departure experience ensuring guests expectations are exceeded at all times
• Review and analyze guest engagement scores and trends in Medallia

• Review guest profiles with the aim of creating a personalized experience
• Review daily activity inclusive but not limited to arrivals departures in-house itineraries etc. with the aim of delivering on all guest expectations
• Deliver on guests expectations and have the desire to create WOW moments
• Perform additional duties as assigned that may be outside the scope of duties based on business needs

Must Haves

• 2-3 years of previous Rooms Division (Front Office and/or Housekeeping) management experience required
• Experience in a luxury hotel and/or resort required
• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree highly preferred
• Ability to multi-task in a high volume and fast paced environment

Physical Requirements

• Standing and exerting well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours in length
• Ability to bend squat and lift up to 15 pounds including but not limited to luggage guest items and bags on a regular and continuing basis
• Ability to push and pull carts weighing up to 50 pounds on a regular and continuing basis
• Must be able to bend stoop squat and stretch to fulfill tasks

The pay scale* for this position is $80000 to $95000 per year.
