Description

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is an integral part of the Fortinet sales organization. You will collaborate with multiple Field & Inside Sales Account Managers to help drive revenue in an assigned territory. Assist in building and executing a plan to help grow the territorys business both in terms of new customer acquisition and growing existing customer relationships. Work closely in a team approach with Fortinets reseller partners marketingand channel teams to drive deals to increase revenue.Fortinet will provide detailed and ongoing training programs to help drive your own personal success in the ISR role as well as prepare you for multiple career path opportunities across Fortinets sales organization. Fortinet will provide initial onboarding education to begin your sales career as an ISR.

Responsibilities:

  • Understand sales cycles in conjunction with business processes internally and externally.
  • Create and track sales opportunities (leads renewals deal registrations and quotes in Salesforce)
  • Address any customer satisfaction issues / requests in a timely manner.
  • Meet and exceed the sales activity metrics designed to make you productive and successful.
  • Assist with customer presentations and demos via online tools Teams/Zoom
  • Align with sales channel and partner teams to support overall company revenue targets.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned to support the growth or our business.
  • Execute the role with the utmost professionalism and in a way that aligns to Fortinets core values.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
  • Coachable and flexible.
  • Selfdriven and able to manage a diverse highvolume workload; Ability to quickly build productive relationships in a fastpaced highperformance environment.
  • Be computer savvy.
  • Excellent written verbal and presentation skills.
  • Well organized with effective time and activity management skills.
  • Ability to apply entrepreneurial strengths in a driven forwardthinking manner.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous sales experience a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce a plus.
  • Experience with multitier distribution a plus.
  • Experience in networking security and/or public/private cloud a plus.
