Job Description

Sales Trainee / Sales Associate
Department: Sales Designation: - Sales Associates 2 years of Mutual Fund experience* *
This is a contractual employment with Teamlease
Reporting to: Manager - Sales Role & Responsibilities o Report to the BOI IM Sales Manager in the respective city
o Will be covering and servicing BOI branches o Manage minimum 6-10 branches of Bank of India (depending on the size of the city & branch)
o Represent BOI IM Investment Managers for the sale and service of BOI IM mutual funds
o Maintain and build relationship with customers of the branch
o Understand the products market scenario and suggest investment options based on client profiling o Manage walk-in clients as well as follow up with leads
o Ensure adequate branch visibility and display of all POP and marketing material
o Track and generate information about competition/activities o Assists in organizing and conducting branch level activities trainings etc.
o Assist Marketing Officer of BOI to complete the KYC
o Provide insights about the clientele of the branch to determine business potential
Qualification & Skillsets: - Minimum qualification - Graduate (any stream) - NISM Certification mandatory -
Good Spoken & written English. - Good Mannerism & Etiquettes Presentable -
Understanding of the local language (E.g.: Maharashtra Marathi Karnataka Kannada; etc.) -
Better if has a private transport - Portraits Selling Skills Skills to convert prospects to clients by closing initial sale and getting ongoing sales.
Industry: Insurance/ Banking/ Mutual Funds Who can apply: Candidates with 2 years of experience from Insurance/ Banking/ MutualFunds. Candidates from broking firms or back office jobs need not apply. Traits Required: - Go Getter Attitude Hunger to Perform and Grow. - Relationship Guy - Should be able to build and maintain relationships naturally extroverted has a habit of meeting new people and build relationships. - Ethical - No Rebating (or passing back commissions to investors) approach Transparent and Open Client Relationships. - Integrity and Honesty High Levels of Both. Salary & Benefits offered: - INR. Upto 4 lacs (for the right candidate) - Incentives (based on targets) - Mobile Reimbursement Local Conveyance Internet allowance & Medical Insurance Gender: No preference Age: 21 30 Year
