Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new customers across relevant sectors (metals ferroalloys
foundries etc.)
Develop a pipeline of opportunities and convert them to long-term accounts
Understand customer needs and tailor offerings to meet technical and commercial
expectations
Gather market insights on pricing competitors and end-user demand
Support pricing strategies and strategic decisions through structured intelligence
gathering
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
Manage contracts credit terms collections and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with production and QA/QC teams to ensure customer specifications are
met
Liaise with logistics and supply chain for timely and efficient delivery
Work directly with senior management in a flat agile organizational structure
Provide regular updates on sales forecasts customer feedback and market trends
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA preferred; Engineering or science background a plus
Experience: 8 12 years in commodity sales carbon products metallurgy or related
industrial sectors
Prior experience with carbon products metals ferroalloys or industrial raw materials
will be highly valued
