What success looks like in this role:

Microsoft 365 Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in M365 TenanttoTenant migrations as well as a proven track record of delivering complex M365 projects (Entra Teams Intune SharePoint). This role requires exceptional technical skills strong consulting and communication abilities and a solid understanding of both onpremises and cloudbased infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute M365 TenanttoTenant migration projects ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.

• Design and implement comprehensive M365 solutions tailored to client needs encompassing all M365 workloads including Exchange Online SharePoint Online OneDrive for Business Intune Teams and Entra ID.

• Provide expert IT consulting services guiding clients through the design and implementation phases of Microsoft 365 transformation projects.

• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate M365 solutions with existing onpremises infrastructure such as Active Directory servers network EUC and applications.

• Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate administrative tasks and enhance the efficiency of M365 implementations.

• Maintain uptodate knowledge of M365 technologies industry trends and best practices to ensure the delivery of cuttingedge solutions.

• Identify and troubleshoot technical issues related to M365 environments providing timely resolutions to maintain optimal system performance.

• Communicate effectively with clients stakeholders and team members to ensure the successful delivery of projects and fulfillment of client requirements.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience in leading and delivering complex M365 projects.

• Expertise in M365 TenanttoTenant migrations and respective tools and process

• Strong technical skills across all M365 workloads including:

  • Active Directory and Entra ID

  • Exchange Online

  • SharePoint Online

  • OneDrive for Business

  • Teams and Teams Voice

  • Intune Application Packaging Windows 11 migrations

• Extensive knowledge of onpremises infrastructure including Active Directory servers networks EUC and applications.

• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and a methodical approach to problemsolving.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team managing multiple priorities and deadlines.

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• Baseline Clerance is must to have NV1preferred.

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.

• Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 and related technologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities.

• Familiarity with industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to M365 and cloudbased solutions.
