Responsibilities/Capabilities
- Lead mentor and manage a team of Inside Sales Executives providing guidance support and training to enhance their performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve team goals and drive business growth in both new and existing markets.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance setting clear objectives and providing feedback to ensure targets are met.
- Oversee the prospecting and relationshipbuilding efforts of the team ensuring high standards of customer interaction.
- Manage and optimize online outreach activities ensuring data accuracy and effective followups.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the team and across departments.
- Drive the conversion of inquiries into successful admissions ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
- Handle escalations and resolve complex issues that may arise during the sales process.
- Oversee payment collection 90 processes and ensure adherence to financial protocols.
- Maintain continued engagement with participants to foster longterm relationships and opportunities.
- Achieve a mandatory 15 lead conversion rate for the team.
- Lead by example with a personal conversion rate of 20 setting the standard for team performance.

Type of Role: FULL TIME (Monday to Saturday) Remote
Experience: 24 years of experience in sales or business development with atleast 1 year in a leadership role.
Salary Range: 4LPA 6LPA

Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in Business or related field.
- Proven experience in a leadership role with a track record of successfully managing teams and achieving targets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
- Experience in inside sales or business development with a strong understanding of telephonic counselling and admissions.
- Ability to use social media effectively for outreach and engagement.
- Strong pitching capabilities and a confident presentable personality with a positive attitude.
