Your Role
You are responsible for 2nd Level Support for a product group within Meditec Segment
You are overseeing a team of 2nd level Support Specialists with an emphasis on talent development
You are responsible to ensure the provision of 2nd Level Support by your team for a range of products and services
You are owning resolution of Escalations from the global field service organization within your area of responsibility.
You are responsible to plan ensure and provide budgets and HC planning and cost center planning
You are reviewing infrastructure required tools and medical devices of high value
You ensure the high standard of training for all team members.
Your Profile
University degree in business management or engineering or corresponding professional experience
Significant professional Service background
General understanding of technical design application function and of medical devices
Basic understanding of Anatomy of the Eye Diseases and medical procedures
Cross functional understanding of other departments manufacturing sites and business sectors setup
Good knowledge on commercial impact xcharging see through etc.
Proven leadership team management and communication skills within international intercultural and diverse environments
Ability to moderate conflicts and troubleshooting with high customer focus
Exceptional English and good German communication skills both spoken and written
