Roles & Responsibilities:
Preparation of job descriptions.
Sourcing and connecting with people through job boards LinkedIn and Social Media.
Explaining job roles to interested candidates.
Interview scheduling and followup.
Offer negotiation of candidates and joining
Managing candidates in an application tracking system (ATS)
The following training will be provided:
Endtoend recruitment cycle.
How to research the clients company and job profile before starting sourcing.
Communication speech
Job board sourcing.
Evaluation/screening of candidates.
Candidate management through software.
LinkedIn search
Xray search
Boolean Search
Strong and effective email communication.
Effective followup methods.
Salary breakup
Negotiation techniques.
