Essential Functions
Intune MDM Administrator3 years experience.
In depth knowledge of MDM configuration policies & management of Android( all platform types) and iOS / iPadOS platforms.
Previous experience of Intune Mobile App Management & App Config Policies as well as broader App deployment methodologies.
Familiarity with certificate deployments including renewals e.g. Trusted Certificates APNS DEP VPP.
Knowledge of use of Apple Business Manager platform and supervised iOS / iPadOS to complement and enhance Intune MDM payloads.
Experience of Azure Conditional Access Policies and relationship to Intune devices compliance state.
Strong communication skills with end users business service owners and broader IT colleagues.
Excellent troubleshooting skills for any holistic Intune MDM platform issues including end device access management application.
ProActive stance of future state of Intune platform through its indevelopment improvements takes ownership to implement features to enhance EUDX.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree In Information Technology Engineering Pref
ITILF Itil Foundation 1 1/2 Yrs Req
