We are looking for a Manager FP&A Scheduler to join our team in Sterling VA! This position is for an experienced Program Schedule Analyst who will interface and work with the Program Management Office Engineering and Operations. While in this role the ideal candidate will provide guidance and analysis in the areas of Project Management Budgeting Scheduling and Variance Analysis. The candidate will become an integral part of the Program Management Team providing advice consultation and analysis with regard to creation and of the program plan.
What You Will Do
Create and maintain the program Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
Interact with Control Account Managers (CAMs)/Integrated Product Team (IPT) Leads to develop intermediate schedules and incorporate them into the IMS.
Participate in the development of proposals including the creation of interim schedules and providing advice for the creation of Basis of Estimate documents.
Incorporate regular status and ETC updates in the IMS based on inputs from CAMs.
Conduct thorough critical path and driving path analysis of the IMS.
Assist as needed the Program Earned Value Analyst with regularly scheduled and unscheduled tasks.
Provide required and requested schedulerelated reports to Program Management including highlights of schedulerelated issues affecting program and recommendations for mitigation.
Support Program Reviews
Support ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
Ensure the proper implementation of EVMS through the use of standardized processes tools reports out ongoing compliance reviews and/or periodic process audits (e.g. DCAA DCMA and Joint Surveillance Process)
Ability to travel domestic up to 10.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree 12 years of relevant experience
U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
Must be able to obtain DOD clearance.
Experience working with SAP and/or MRP software.
Qualifications We Prefer
Solid interpersonal skills ability to communicate and influence at all levels within an organization
Solid presentation skills able to analyze prepare and deliver presentations to leadership
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs (Excel Word PowerPoint)
Familiarity with IPMDAR a plus

The salary range for this role is 112000 USD 224000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
