Job Description
We - a sustainable beverages start-up - are seeking a driven and organized Order Fulfillment Junior Manager to join our growing team in Bangkok. This role is ideal for a proactive individual with a foundational understanding of logistics and supply chain operations eager to develop their career in a dynamic environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of our order fulfillment process from invoicing to delivery.
Tasks
- Invoicing & Documentation: Oversee the accurate and timely generation of invoices and all necessary documentation for outgoing orders.
- Logistics & Route Planning: Plan and optimize delivery routes for our drivers considering efficiency cost-effectiveness and customer delivery schedules.
- Warehouse Operations Liaison: Work closely with our warehouse staff to coordinate picking packing and dispatch activities ensuring orders are prepared for shipment according to plan.
- Driver Management: Communicate effectively with our drivers providing them with clear instructions addressing any issues during transit and monitoring delivery performance.
- Inventory Planning: Collaborate with relevant teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels at our warehouses to prevent stockouts and optimize storage.
- Process Improvement: Identify and suggest improvements to current order fulfillment processes to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively address and resolve any issues that arise during the order fulfillment process such as delivery delays or discrepancies.
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams (warehouse staff drivers).
- Proficiency in using order management systems and/or inventory management software.
- Problem-solving abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with invoicing procedures and logistics planning principles.
Language: Fluency in Thai and a good command of English (written and spoken) is preferred for effective communication with local teams and potential international stakeholders.
