About the job
At Gartner were seeking an exceptional Senior Account Executive to lead strategic relationships with our largest enterprise clients while helping shape the future of our sales organization. In this role youll combine deep client partnership with team leadership leveraging your experience to drive both portfolio growth and team development.
Strategic Impact:
- Own and grow a portfolio of Gartners most strategic enterprise relationships
- Lead complex multiyear digital transformation initiatives at the highest levels of client organizations
- Develop and execute sophisticated territory strategies that maximize client value and portfolio growth
- mentor team members on complex deal structures and strategic account planning
- Partner with sales leadership to drive best practices and innovation in our approach to market
- Build and nurture Csuite relationships across multiple stakeholders and business units
- Collaborate with research and advisory leadership to drive exceptional client outcomes
- Proven enterprise sales leader with 8 years of experience in technology software or advisory services
- Track record of consistently exceeding targets $1M) through strategic account management
- Demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members while maintaining personal excellence
- Experience leading complex multiyear strategic initiatives with senior stakeholders
- Strong business acumen with ability to navigate and influence Clevel relationships
- History of building and executing sophisticated territory plans
- Outstanding executive presence and communication skills
- Bachelors degree required advanced degree advantageous
