For our site in Berlin we are currently looking for ENGLISH/GERMAN speaking Call Center Agents.

What you will do at Foundever:
- You will answer customer requests on the phone in English/German and offer support via Email
- You will help customers with technical questions regarding their products

- an excellentENGLISH speaker with very good German conversational skills
- willing to work flexible hours as the job demands
- familiar with customer service
- having control over your computer
- living in Berlin and having a valid work permit at time of hire
- willing to work 5 times a week
