Compensation: Base salary relocation support
Your Responsibilities:
Support influencers and content creators with subscription account and technical inquiries
Perform outbound calls to clarify information and ensure customer satisfaction
Offer guidance on platform tools and marketing features
Identify trends and provide proactive solutions for recurring client challenges
What You Bring:
Native/fluent Turkish (C1) strong English skills (B2)
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to work night shifts
High attention to detail and accuracy
Problem-solving mindset with minimal supervision
Experience in back-office environments is a plus
Excellent written and verbal communication
