The Position

Were on the hunt for a motivated and enthusiastic Inbound Sales Intern to support our team of high-performing sales professionals. In this role youll be an integral part of making our sales operations smoother faster and more efficient and contributing to reach the teams Sales targets.

Youll be on the field with the other more senior sales members be in direct contact with hundreds of Belgian freelancers and small SMEs to sell them the LIZY dream and be 100% involved in the daily life of a Sales person at LIZY.

This is your chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced ambitious environment while contributing directly to the success of a growing business.

What youll be doing:

• With your drive and charisma you will sell and convince freelancers & small SMEs to sign with LIZY
• Identify new business opportunities and work together with your fellow sales members
• Handle follow-ups with leads to ensure smooth communication.
• You will develop a strong understanding of the sector current mobility changes / challenges and you will learn incredibly by working together with smart and ambitious colleagues

About you

• In college / university and you are ideally studying a business degree Are you a fresh graduate testing the market a bit Then youre exactly who we are looking for.
• Eager to learn: Strong desire to constantly improve yourself.
• Winners mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and high emotional intelligence
• Fluent in French and/or Dutch and a good English level
• Affinity for automotive is a plus
