The opportunity
As a Junior Auditor you will assist in various audit engagements in different industry sectors. As you build your finance & audit knowledge and experience you will become a credible auditor influencing clients and engagement teams on resolutions that will impact entire industries. Apply if you are a last year student and do not have lectures a graduate or already have work experience.

Your key responsibilities
- Develop an understanding of the audit clients business.
- Interact with the clients to collect all the necessary data and information setup and maintain audit files etc.
- Support the planning and delivery of assurance engagements.
- Clearly and accurately document the of audit procedures as defined by the engagement objectives and planned audit approach.
- Data and information analysis while working on various audit projects.
Skills and attributes for success
- Drive to gain deep understanding of finance & accounting business management (some previous experience would be an advantage) motivation and willingness to grow as an expert in audit field.
- Proper mix of strong communication and interpersonal skills as well as analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Strong academic record including a university degree or being last year student in economics / finance / accounting or any other related area.
- Excellent spoken and written Latvian and English.
- Ability to work full time.
