We are seeking a Junior Business Analyst who will be responsible for reviewing researching and responding to unique and non-routine inquiries from our external clients. This role requires the ability to deviate from standard procedures and utilize a computerized system to ensure client needs are met effectively. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.

We will count on you to:

  • Review research and respond to unique and non-routine inbound calls emails and internet inquiries from clients utilizing a computerized system for assistance.
  • Contribute to the creation of customer service strategies and document client needs to enhance service delivery.
  • Research monitor and document client requests performing needs analysis to provide effective resolutions and track email deliverability.
  • Determine appropriate internal parties to contact for assistance in resolving customer service issues.
  • Document procedural changes and modifications to processes within the customer service department to improve operational efficiency.

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to think critically and adapt to changing situations.
  • Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computerized systems for tracking and managing inquiries.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
