Job Description Summary

The Junior IT Project Manager is responsible for planning and managing IT projects to make sure initiatives are delivered in time in budget and in quality. The position coordinates project teams effectively manages stakeholders and documents project management activities to ensure the successful completion of assigned projects.

What Youll Do:

  • Ability to lead project teams of various sizes and see them through to successful completion.
  • Develop and execute project management plans including project schedules.
  • Oversee and manage resources financials and risks.
  • Monitor assess and manage project progress and timelines.
  • Track project deliverables and ensure that deadlines are met.
  • Coordinate the efforts of team members make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements deadlines schedules and updates and to ensure that they have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks.
  • Prepare status reports and other documentation to create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Act as the point of contact and communication relaying project status information to relevant parties.
  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of project management best practices.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy of project documents.
  • Organize reports invoices contracts and other financial files for easy access.
  • Plan meetings coordinate attendees and their contributions/deliverables.
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned.

  • Experience in the application of project management methods standards and tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • IT exposure / experience

Education Certification/License & Work Experience

  • Completed studies in the field of business informatics information technology computer science business management or a comparable subject area
  • 2-5 years of experience scoping planning and leading projects

Total Rewards Package:

Compensation

  • Base: $60000 to $80000 annually based on specific compensable factors including but not limited to education work experience and geographic market.
  • Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the companys performance and their own individual performance.
