DescriptionTheSoftware Technical Leaderis responsible fordevelopment integration testing and release of all embedded software for electric products applied within the business unit.He/she will define and manage the technical scope along the full life cycle of the development in alignment with all stakeholders. This will be conducted in close cooperation with product line teams and EE system engineering teams as well as through direct interaction with OEM customers.
In collaboration with the SW Project Leader the SW Technical Leader will plan and coordinate the technical activities to achieve the software deliverables as per the project technical requirements quality cost and timing expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the complete software project development life cycle from ASample up to series production launch in line with our customers performance and quality requirements as well as by applying Garrett development processes.
- Responsible for the software features plan and actual status reporting.
- Responsible for the Software requirements
- Lead the Software architecture
- Responsible for the Application modules development
- Responsible for the Basic Software modules development
- Responsible for the software integration
- Responsible for the software testing (Static Unit and validation)
- Responsible for overall software bug and issues from analysis resolution to closure.
- Lead the Software technical reviews (define the objectives share the status)
- Support the software development workload estimation.
- Support customer technical meeting as a technical interface you ensure customer satisfaction by establishing proactive communication.
- Lead the software requirements analysis during RFI/RFQ phases: accept negotiate assign the requirements to domain experts
- Support the Software Project Leader to estimate the Software development effort identify the tools during the RFI/RFQ phases
- Support customer technical meeting during RFI/RFQ phases
- Responsible for executing the Software development according to Garrett process ASPICE
- Responsible for executing the Software development according to safety ISO 26262 or Cyber Security ISO/SAE 21434 or OBD
- Responsible for taking into account opportunities to reuse solutions modules tools either from platform or previous project
- Responsible for sharing and capitalizing the lessons learned across the software organization
Qualifications:
- Master degree in Electronic Engineering Computer or technical equivalent.
- Robust Automotive Software development experience
- Significant experience in similar role
- High level understanding of Automotive SW and HW/Electronics solution vehicle Electric and Electrical architectures automotive product standards product development experience including automotive HW and SW products.
- 3 years work experience in Multiple National Companies
- Strong knowledge in embedded software architecture
- Strong Knowledge in Automotive Embedded SW function development: (Real Time Sw AUTOSAR MBD Microcontrollers)
- Knowledge in software for electric drive systems: Emachine & Inverter
- Knowledge in ASPICE ISO 26262 ISO21434 and OBD
- Leadership experience organized and autonomous
- Proven problem solving skills including ability to interpret data define actions and implement solutions

- Knowledge in vehicle communication protocols (CAN UDS XCP J1939
- Demonstrated English written and oral communication skills and ability to interact with individuals of all disciplines and levels
