Job Description
Are you a finance professional with strong hands-on experience in General Ledger (GL) and Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) We re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Team Leader GL to join our team in Chennai.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead GL operations including reconciliations and payroll accounting
Perform variance analysis and support audit processes
Manage a team of accountants drive daily huddles and track KPIs
Review financial statements and ensure timely month-end closures
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
7 10 years of finance & accounting experience (with at least 2 years in a team lead role)
Strong practical knowledge of GL and BRS
Proficiency in Excel and accounting platforms (Oracle/M3/Yardi preferred)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Willingness to work the 8 PM 4 AM shift from our Chennai office (hybrid/on-site)
