Job Description
Coordinator for Multilingual Summer Program
Northborough/Southborough
Dates: Preparation work to start immediately and onsite August 48 and August
Stipend: $5000
This position is responsible for the overall preparation organization planning and implementation of the English Learner summer program.
- Invite Multilingual Learners to the summer program; follow up on responses; organize and update student rosters; send reminders to families beginning of August.
- Coordinate bus transportation.
- Oversee the daily operations to include: classroom assignments resources arrival and dismissal of students student attendance parent communication before and during the program parent and staff program survey and program conclusion.
- Organize a field trip when appropriate.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues parents/guardians and students including translation services as needed.
- Follow safety procedures and written and verbal instructions.
- Other duties as needed.
ESL license required.
