Job Description

Description:

RPO Recruitments client a leading residential building contractor in Cape Town is currently seeking to employ a General Foreman or Site Manager who can join their team.

Requirements:

  • National Diploma in Building or similar
  • Minimum 5 years experience specialising in the general site management of upmarket residential building projects
  • Must be able to bring subcontractors on board start a site from scratch and put all the necessary systems and processes in place to complete the project successfully
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills

Benefits:

Salary: R400k R500k CTC per annum negotiable
