Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER Chartered Surveyors
Location: Chippingham SN15
Salary: 26k 30k pro rata
Position: Permanent Part Time
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Part Time Property Manager who would now like to grow and develop their career in the property industry.
Our client is based in Chippingham and is a company with both a thriving sales and lettings department and an excellent reputation locally for being proactive and highly energetic.
The ideal candidate will be smart wellpresented enthusiastic articulate ambitious and must be able to demonstrate experience in managing a large portfolio of local residential properties.
The successful candidate should have experiences in property management / residential lettings and confident in building relationships with both landlords and tenants.
The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency covering Wiltshire and Devon that offers expert advice in all areas of sales and lettings.
Skills required for this Property Manager (Part Time) role will include:
- Property management experience
- Articulate and with excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of customer service skills
- Great telephone manner and positive attitude
- Exceptionally wellpresented ambitious and selfmotivated
- Knowledge of Chippingham and surrounding area helpful
- Full Driving License essential
- Thoroughly professional approach to Estate Agency
