Job Description:
Ross is seeking a highly organized and adaptable Project Manager with a strong understanding of SharePoint Online the M365 ecosystem and core project management practices. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to work cross-functionally across teams and drive project success.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects using standard project management methodologies
- Coordinate resources schedules and deliverables across multiple departments
- Maintain documentation track progress and report project status to stakeholders
- Work closely with IT teams on projects related to SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 applications
- Proactively identify and resolve project risks and issues
- Ensure stakeholder alignment and strong communication throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online
- Strong understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (M365)
- Proven project management skills in hybrid or enterprise environments
- Excellent soft skills including communication collaboration and adaptability
Preferred Skills:
- PMP or other relevant project management certifications
- Experience in IT transformation or M365 rollout projects
- Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project management methodologies
