Job Description

Conceptualize plan and execute all ELLE India events - including launch parties panel discussions awards pop-ups and fashion/lifestyle activations

Coordinate across teams - editorial marketing sales and digital - to ensure seamless execution and brand alignment

Build and maintain a strong vendor network including hotels production houses AV teams stylists caterers etc.

Manage event budgets timelines and contracts with an eye on cost-efficiency and quality

Lead on-ground logistics and execution ensuring a premium brand experience

Liaise with brand partners and sponsors handling all requirements deliverables and integrations

Negotiate and close vendor deals with a strategic budget-conscious approach

Ensure post-event reporting and partner coverage in coordination with marketing and editorial teams

Cultivate long-term industry relationships to enhance ELLEs presence in the cultural and creative space
