Job Description
Job Title- Focus Factory Manager
Project Location Newport News VA
Duration- Full time
Interview: Video
Title:** Focus Factory Manager (This is the companys preferred title but candidates with operations experience might also be a good fit even if their previous title was Manufacturing Manager).
Qualifications:
- Minimum 7-10 years of relevant experience in business/manufacturing with 4-7 years of direct people management.
- Bachelors degree in a related discipline.
- Experience/qualification in lean methodology with proven process improvement and problem-solving experience.
- Demonstrated leadership ability motivating individuals and cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills at all organizational levels.
- Proven decision-making ability and a willingness to accept responsibility.
- Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing Continuous Improvement Project Management or New Product Introduction (NPI).
- Ability to drive organizational change and support business decisions/initiatives.
