Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager specialized and lead our recruitment efforts and build a high-performing workforce. In this role you will develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies manage the end-to-end recruitment process and collaborate with various departments to meet our hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across all departments.
- Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
- Create and manage the recruitment budget ensuring cost-effective sourcing and hiring practices.
- Sourcing and Talent Pipeline:
- Utilize various sourcing channels including job boards social media and professional networks to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Manage and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure an efficient and organized recruitment process.
- Candidate Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings resume screening interviewing and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely feedback and maintaining clear communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates skills experience and cultural fit.
- Employer Branding:
- Develop and promote the companys employer brand to attract top talent and enhance the companys reputation as an employer of choice.
- Represent the company at job fairs networking events and industry conferences to build relationships and increase visibility.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with hiring managers to define job requirements set realistic expectations and provide guidance on market trends and salary benchmarks.
- Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics including time-to-fill cost-per-hire and candidate quality.
- Process Improvement:
- Continuously assess and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting and retaining top talent.
- Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of recruitment activities and candidate interactions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager or similar role with a track record of successful recruitment and talent management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with recruitment analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
