EMBS Engineering Ltd is working in partnership with a leading precision engineering manufacturer located in Walsall that is currently in the market for a Welding Coordinator to join their company on a Permanent basis.

Responsibilities
Due to internal changes and continued success our client is seeking an experiencedwelding coordinator to join them on a permanent basis.
As a Welding Coordinator you will be responsible for..
Review welding requirements
Issuing weld consumables and procedures
Responsibilityfor the jobs once they arereleased
Putting together weld history sheets
Support thecalibration and maintenance of welding plant and equipment
Successful applicants must be able to demonstrate:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of welding and fabrication
Ability to interpret and work with engineering documentation and certificates
Strong organisational skills with a methodical approach
Proficiency in IT systems including Word and Excel
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Welding coordination experience or qualification
Knowledge of NDT techniques (Visual MPI DPI)
Handson welding experience with TIG MIG and STICK processes
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks efficiently
