This is a remote position.

About the Role

We re looking for a highly organized and proactive Scheduling Coordinator to join our team. In

this role you ll be responsible for coordinating critical milestones in the solar installation

process including scheduling utility disconnects/reconnects arranging municipal inspections

and managing third-party services such as tree removals and re-roofs. You ll play a key role in

ensuring projects move smoothly and on time by acting as a liaison between our internal teams

customers and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities

Contact utility companies to schedule disconnects/reconnects and coordinate necessary

timelines.

Call and coordinate with local building departments to schedule inspections.

Source and request quotes for adder services (e.g. tree removal roofing trenching etc.).

Schedule third-party vendors and ensure completion aligns with project timelines.

Track progress of all scheduled services and update internal systems accordingly.

Communicate effectively with customers regarding service dates access needs and

timelines.

Collaborate closely with project managers and operations teams to avoid delays and

ensure job readiness.

Maintain organized records of correspondence quotes and scheduled services.


Requirements

What You Bring

1 2 years of experience in a scheduling dispatch or coordination role (solar or

construction experience a plus).

Strong phone communication skills; comfortable speaking with utilities building

departments and vendors.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple moving pieces.

Proficiency in Google Workspace or similar scheduling/project tracking tools.

Problem-solving mindset with a focus on keeping projects moving forward.

A proactive and friendly approach when dealing with customers and partners.

Nice to Have

Experience working with permit offices or utility providers.

Familiarity with solar installation processes or construction project lifecycles.

Duties/ Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the monitoring portals Utilize computerized systems to track and analyze solar systems Provide communications such as emailing or calling contractors for onsite visits as well as being able to RMA any equipment Utilize Google Suite and other software to assist with office tasks Act as solar systems monitor for all company clients and be able to walk them through their portal when they receive PTO Provide and analyze generated reports to recognize monitoring system errors and be able to troubleshoot remotely if possible
