Job Title: Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive Sales Coordinator


Location: Mulund Mumbai

Working Days: 6 Days (Sunday Off)


Experience:

  • Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator: 2 to 5 Years
  • Business Development Manager: 5 to 15 Years


Salary:

  • Business Development Executive / Sales Coordinator: 2.5L 3.5L (Additional Perks for Experts)
  • Business Development Manager: 5L 8L (Additional Perks for Experts)


Shift Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Industry Requirement: IT Hardware Candidates Only


Job Overview:

We are looking for proactive resultsdriven professionals to join our team as Business Development Manager / Business Development Executive Sales Coordinator. The ideal candidate should have experience in the IT hardware industry with a strong focus on sales lead generation project coordination and client management.


Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and expand the business.

Lead Generation: Identify and generate leads through networking cold calling and industry research.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and franchise partners.

Franchise Sales & Coordination: Oversee franchise expansion communication and project .

Project Management: Manage franchiserelated projects from initiation to delivery.

Vendor Management: Set up and manage meetings with IT hardware and software vendors.

Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare project quotations proposals and business plans.

Sales Cycle Management: Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 2 years for Executives 5 years for Managers in IT hardware business development.

Education: Bachelors degree in Business IT or a related field preferred.

Industry Expertise: Strong knowledge of IT hardware products solutions and market trends.

Sales & Marketing Skills: Ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies.

Communication & Negotiation: Strong communication presentation and dealclosing skills.

Project & Data Management: Experience in project handling

SelfMotivation: Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment.
