Job Description
Senior Helpers of Greater Knoxville is currently hiring a CNA Care Coordinator. The Care Coordinator is responsible for supporting care team and office operations.Are you looking for a career with purpose As a member of our Senior Helpers team you would be working to help us fulfill our mission of providing the best possible care for Seniors in our communities!
General Duties and Responsibilities but not limited to:
- Takes the lead with office phone and administrative support
- Supports with Client and Caregiver communication along with scheduling when available
- Share the On Call phone with other Care Coordinators and Operations Team
- Weekends as needed
- Fulfill shifts and support Client and Caregiver Introductions
- Reconcile billing
- Process LTC claims
Qualifications:
- 3 years Caregiving experienced is required
- Passion for Caregiving great communication skills ability to manage conflict and basic computer skills
- Ability to Operate in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to pass background checks have a valid Drivers License and pass a drug screen
