Job Description
Role: Solution Architect
Location: Berlin/Munich (Hybrid 3 days inoffice)
Language: German (mandatory) English
WFH Policy: Hybrid 3 days inoffice 2 remote. Candidates must be willing to relocate to Berlin/Munich or already reside in these areas.

Product: AIpowered Customer Experience Platform for B2C companies (Customer Data Platforms Personalization Mobile Marketing etc.
Size and Functions of Local Team:
The DACH team is expanding rapidly focusing on adding Solution Architects and Engineers.
Current leadership is based in Berlin with recruitment targeting Munich and surrounding regions.
Strong collaboration across the US Latin America and APAC markets.
Role Description:
Focus Verticals: Ecommerce Retail Banking and Travel.
Buyer Persona: Senior IT stakeholders CTOs and Heads of Digital.
Deal Size & Cycle: Enterpriselevel deals with long consultative cycles and complex technical integrations.
Client Base: Large B2C enterprises and Fortune 500 brands.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage proactively with customer technical stakeholders supporting digital transformation initiatives.
Conduct data workshops and develop architectural solutions aligned with customer business objectives.
Lead proof of concepts (POCs) pilots and value assessments to ensure seamless transition from testing to full deployment.
Address and troubleshoot technical issues during implementation and ongoing deployments escalating and collaborating with engineering teams as needed.
Serve as the key technical contact during project delivery driving the resolution of blockers and ensuring alignment across internal teams.
Provide insights to customers on best practices and guide future growth strategies ensuring platform optimization and adoption.

Strong technical foundation in cloud/hybrid infrastructures distributed applications and architecture design.
Familiarity with JavaScript HTML CSS REST APIs and database technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills capable of leading virtual teams and influencing technical decisionmaking.
Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Haves:
Martech or SaaS background with experience in customer data platforms or mobile applications.
Handson experience with SDKs integrations and working with development frameworks.
Previous experience at Twilio Salesforce or similar SaaS leaders.
Experience in enterprise architecture cloud migrations or distributed systems.
Salary Range & Secondary Benefits:

OTE:(uncapped with potential for overachievement).
