Position Overview:The Senior Director of Operational Support & Performance Management will provide strategic leadership and oversight for operational functions within the organization. This role is critical in enhancing operational efficiency driving performance management initiatives and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in operational management performance metrics and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership:Develop and implement longterm operational strategies in collaboration with senior management to meet organizational goals and enhance performance.

Qualifications:- Education:Bachelors degree in business administration operations management or a related field; a Masters degree is preferred.
- Experience:Minimum of 10 years in a senior operational role with a proven track record in performance management and operational excellence.
