About the Role:

Business development executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcingnew clients and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As suchbusiness development executives play an integral role in companies longevity.

Requirements

  • Research and identify potential clients and market segments
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regularcommunication and meetings
  • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and deliver highqualitypresentations
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Keep abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developmentsRequirement
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development rolepreferably in the IT service based industry.
  • Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word Excel PowerPoint)
Desirable:
  • Knowledge of Sales navigation
  • Experience in IT salesBackground
