Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Proactivecommunication with attorneys clients insurance adjusters and other professionals.
- Conduct routine client contact regarding case updates treatment coverage investigations etc.
- Assist with legal research and case preparation.
- Maintain updated lien and balance information.
- Communicate with insurance and health adjusters regarding demand packages policies liens and payment logs.
- Complete systematic file review of demand packages.
Required Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher preferred
- Paralegal certificate a plus
- One 1 year of case management experience specific to personal injury required
- Passion for advocating for our clients and maintaining a positive attitude required
- Must be able to work onsite from 8:30am to 5:30pm
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Intermediate computer skills
- Understand legal language principles and other related processes
- Needles/Neos case management software experience a plus
