About our client..
An awardwinning midsized content agency working primarily in the sports and entertainment space is looking for a Digital Assets Manager to join their team. They produce culturally resonant campaigns fastturnaround digital content and standout commercials for broadcasters platforms and global brands. This is a fastmoving environment where creativity meets precision and every frame counts.
What the job involves..
Managing media intake across all projects ensuring content is safely transferred verified named and stored correctly
Creating and maintaining consistent metadata standards across filenames usage rights info and more
Operating and leading the agency s DAM/MAM platform (e.g. iconik CatDV LucidLink) and training teams on best practices
Acting as the goto for asset retrieval access permissions and archive organisation
Overseeing the final delivery and archival process for all projects from quality control to backup and documentation
Driving workflow improvements and process automation using nocode tools like Zapier or N8n
Collaborating with IT and Operations to futureproof the agency s content infrastructure
What you need to be considered..
A genuine passion for sports this is nonnegotiable
3 5 years experience in media operations postproduction or asset management
Proven experience using DAM/MAM platforms (e.g. iconik CatDV LucidLink or similar)
Understanding of file formats codecs and content delivery specs
Familiarity with editing workflows and tools like Premiere Pro and
Competency in Google Workspace Excel/Airtable and shared file systems
Comfortable with nocode automation tools (Make Zapier N8n)
Able to turn technical processes into clear teamfriendly workflows
Bonus points if you..
Have implemented a DAM or MAM system from scratch
Have experience in a highvolume creative agency setting
Love working on creative infrastructure metadata and efficient systems
Get a kick out of enabling creatives to do their best work faster and smarter
