Position: Maintenance Head for Robotic Weld Shop
Salary Package: 6 to 7 LPA
Experience: Min 6 years of Experience in Press Fabrication & Paint Shop Welding robots PLC CNC Drives Hydraulics Pneumatics Maintenance.
Qualification: Graduate in Engineering (Optional)
Job Profile
- Planning Project Plant & Machinery Equipment Utility services.
- Preventive Maintenance of machines. Ensure PM as per plan.
- Ensure zero breakdowns. Initiate implement and monitor NCs CA / PA for breakdowns.
- Review CA/ PA. Review Breakdown analysis.
- Maintain list and define the methodology for the Identification of machines/plant facilities.
- Provide support in TPM activities (PM Pillar activities / TBM / CBM / OEE / MTTR / MTBF).
- Ensure the requirement of personnel safety measures during maintenance activity.
- Identify the requirements of critical spares and maintain them.
- Managing various materials engineering and commercial aspects for project & maintenance items.
- LowCost Automation.
- Upkeep of housekeeping and safety practices.
- Onjob training of assistants / Operators.
- Liasoning with MIDC MSEB MPCB & other external agencies for related work.
Candidate profile
- Experience in relevant field / our sized group.
- Exposure in Press Fabrication & Paint Shop Maintenance.
- having Handson Experience of all kinds of machine maintenance.
- Exposure for TS TPM 5S Kaizen.
- Knowledge of Welding robots PLC CNC Drives Hydraulics Pneumatics Utility systems etc.
